FAQ

Our processing time is 1-3 business days. Business days being Monday-Friday. Processing is generally done within 2 business days. Thank you for your patience.

Once your tracking number is issued, please allow 1-24 hours for UPS or USPS to update things on their end, thank you for the understanding!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: If there are any import fees due, you will be responsible for those at the time of delivery.

ALL ORDERS: If your package is returned to me, for a mistake caused by you, such as an improper address, YOU will be responsible for the shipment cost.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, also.

UADA SKIN is made in small batches. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return. All sales are final, because skincare is not one size fits all.

We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product. 

UADA SKIN does not offer refunds on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. Please, feel free to contact us at info@byderekarnell.com for further insight.
